Deploy Sigsync Signatures Add-in for Outlook

If you want to use Sigsync client-side signature mode, you have to deploy the Sigsync Signature Outlook Add-in. Once the deployment completes, the Add-in will be reflected in your Outlook. The signatures get added automatically while composing an email.

Method 1: Centrally deploy Sigsync Signatures Outlook Add-in

Method 2: Deploy Sigsync Signatures Outlook Add-in for individual users

Centrally deploy Sigsync Signatures Outlook Add-in

You can deploy the Signatures Outlook Add-in for the entire organization or selected users in the Office 365 admin center. Since it is deployed centrally for the entire Office 365 account and not for an individual device, it works on both Outlook Web App (OWA) and Outlook on the desktop. The centralized deployment takes a minimum of six hours to reflect the add-in deployment in Outlook. Once the add-in is reflected in Outlook, the signature automatically appends to the email body on-the-fly while composing an email.

Deploy Sigsync Signatures Outlook Add-in for individual users

You can deploy the Sigsync Signature Outlook Add-in on each user's Outlook desktop using the 'Manage add-in' method. Alternatively, you can choose to add it through the Outlook Web Application. Once the add-in is deployed, the signature automatically appends to the email body on-the-fly while composing an email.
