How to attach different signatures to users of different domains?

You have different domains in Microsoft 365 (Office 365) tenant and need different signatures to users of all the domains.

Resolution:

If you require different signatures to be added to the emails of users of different domains, all that you need to do is set up a separate rule for each domain in the Signature Rules section.

Let there be two domains abc.com and xyz.com. User A, B, and C are in domain1 (abc.com domain) and users X, Y, and Z use domain2 (xyz.com domain). Follow the steps below to add different signatures for domain1 and domain2:

  1. Log into the Sigsync dashboard
  2. Select the 'Manage Signatures' < 'Signature Rules' tab

    Select Signature Rules

  3. Select the 'Senders' tab and check the 'Azure AD Filters' and click the 'Edit' button next to it.

    Select Azure AD Filters

  4. Now set the value field as abc.com and then click on the 'Add to list' button. 'Save' the changes

Add the domain under the Value field

  5. Configure and set up the signature template as per the requirement.
  6. Repeat the above steps to create a rule to add a signature to domain2 (xyz.com). In this case, enter the mail value as xyz.com.
