How to attach different signatures to new emails, reply and forward emails?

You would like to add different signatures to new emails as well as replies/forwards in an email conversation using Sigsync Email signatures for Office 365.


Follow the below steps to set up different signatures for new and subsequent emails using Sigsync Email signature service.

  1. Log in to Sigsync dashboard
  2. Click on the Manage Signature link under the Manage Tenants Signature section.


  3. Click on the Signature Rules tab and then Assign signature in the Tenants page.


  4. Select a signature rule or create a new rule as per the requirement.


  5. Select the option Use this signature in the first email and different in subsequent emails and assign the signature template for the subsequent emails in the Assign Signature tab as shown in the screen below.
