How to design a signature with text written from right-to-left as in Hebrew or Arabic?

Text is incorrectly aligned when you type in right-to-left languages such as Hebrew or Arabic.

Resolution:

To align the text correctly in Hebrew, Arabic, or any other right-to-left language, you will need to use special HTML attributes.

Follow the steps to fix the problem:

  1. Login into Sigsync. In the dashboard page, select the option Manage Signature for the specific tenant as shown in screenshot below.

  2. In the left-hand pane of the Tenants page, expand the Signature Generator tab and click on the option Create, Edit Templates.

  3. Click on the menu icon as shown below and click the option Import Your Existing Template to paste the HTML code.

  4. If you are having your own HTML code, locate all the containers like paragraphs <p> tags and modify them by inserting the dir=rtl attribute.
