Email text appears in small fonts on iOS devices

You may notice small fonts in email bodies containing Sigsync email signatures, that require you to zoom in on your iOS device.

Resolution:

Since iOS will resize the HTML email to fit its screen, make sure the signature's image or table width does not exceed the limit.

You can set the width of the table or image in Sigsync signature generator to meet the device requirements. In order to do so,

  • Select the Outermost layer of the template in the Sigsync signature generator.

  • Set the width as per the requirement.
