Is it possible to add Multi Valued attributes in the email signature?
Your email signature may have multi valued attributes like alternate phone number, Post Box number, and so on, but it cannot be updated by the Active Directory (AD) attributes. So, it results in an empty value in the email signature.
Resolution:
This issue is not related to the Sigsync Office 365 Email signature service. Microsoft Azure AD doesn’t support having multi valued attributes from the on-premises Active Directory. As of now, there is no other third-party service that supports multi-value AD attributes in an email signature, not even with Microsoft.
Therefore, Sigsync suggests using single value AD attributes in your email signature.
