How to get rid of spoofing alerts for your Office 365 account when sending internal emails?

Your Office 365 account displays spoofing alerts when sending internal emails.

If you open an internal email, the following message appears:

This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be.

Resolution:

Your Office 365 service shows this warning to help safeguard your security because onmicrosoft.com Office 365 domains are commonly used to send spam. Since Microsoft manages these domains, you cannot fix the problem by updating the SPF record.

You can resolve this issue by contacting Microsoft and requesting them to add your domain (or the domains of your users) to their whitelist, or you can send emails from your own domain, as Microsoft recommends.
