Updates to Active Directory Attributes are not reflected in the signature

When you modify the Active Directory Attributes like name, job title etc. the updates are not instantly reflected when the signature is added to an email.

Resolution:

If you have added, removed, or changed user attributes in Office 365 and those changes are not reflected in Sigsync, then refresh the cache of AD attributes by clicking on the Sync AD changes button in the Sigsync 'Settings' tab.

Step 1: Select the 'Settings & Others' < 'Settings' tab from the Sigsync Dashboard.

Step 2: Select the 'Sync AD Changes' tab and click on the 'Sync AD Changes' button as shown in the screenshot below.
