How to add signatures to only external or internal emails?

You can use one of the below methods to enable signatures to only external or internal emails.

Method 1: Apply signatures to the email sent between the users of this tenant as well

By enabling (check) this option during 'Exchange Online Connector' configuration, Signatures will be added to internal and external emails. If you un-check (disable) this option then the signatures will be added to external emails only.

Set senders

You can set the signature rules to add signatures only to add external emails or internal emails.

Method 2: Add signatures to External emails only:

Check the ‘External recipients’ in the ‘Recipients’ tab under ‘Signature Rules’.

Check the ‘Internal recipients’ in the ‘Recipients’ tab under ‘Signature Rules’.
