How to limit the user licenses in Sigsync Office 365 email signature?
You have purchased a certain number of Sigsync email signature licenses for your organization. But you need to add signatures to members of a specific department.
Resolution:
Sigsync license is based on the number of senders. It counts a license for each sender whose emails go through Sigsync to get signatures appended.
Create mail enabled groups in the Office 365 Admin center for a specific department followed by the members.
Now, you can select an option to add the signature only to the required group in the 'Connectors Configuration Wizard during Connectors Configuration as Shown below.
By Selecting the Specific group, you can avoid the excessive usage of licenses.
Also, ensure that you have selected the same group in Signature Rules
