Sent Items Signatures not updated for Meeting Request, Response and Cancellation messages

Signatures not added for Meeting Request, Meeting Response and Meeting Cancellation messages in the Sent Items folder even though you have enabled signatures for Sent Items in Sigsync.

Resolution:

The signature gets added only for the messages outgoing from the Exchange Server and not for those already saved in the Sent Items folder. Since the Exchange Web Service (EWS) can’t update these specific messages once they have been already
sent, the sent item signatures won’t be updated for Meeting Request, Meeting Response and Meeting Cancellation messages.

Microsoft refers to this as an EWS service bug.
