Microsoft Azure Server Outage

Microsoft has suggested it is a DNS-related issue.

Starting at approximately 16:00 UTC, we began experiencing DNS issues resulting in degraded availability of some services. Microsoft has taken corrective actions expected to address portal access issues shortly and is actively investigating the root cause.

• User impact: Users may be unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center and may see delays accessing other Microsoft 365 services.
• More info: Admins are reporting issues accessing Microsoft Purview and Intune functions. Outlook users are also seeing issues with add-ins and network connectivity.
• Current status: Microsoft is reviewing telemetry to isolate the cause and determine further troubleshooting steps.
• Scope of impact: Any users attempting to access Microsoft 365 services may be impacted.

Downdetector is reporting widespread performance issues affecting Azure and Microsoft 365 globally, with partial impact on Amazon Web Services. Sigsync mail flow remains functional, and email signatures continue to be added as expected. We are monitoring the situation and awaiting an official Microsoft statement.

We are observing degraded performance across Azure resources worldwide. This appears similar to previous Azure Front Door issues caused by Microsoft engineers. Some users may experience difficulties accessing Microsoft 365 services and Sigsync applications such as the Admin Panel and Signature Management Apps.
