Update - Microsoft has acknowledged the issue following reports from multiple organizations. They are actively investigating on their end, though the root cause is still unknown. From our side, no new incidents have been reported and all systems appear to be functioning normally. We will continue to monitor the situation and proceed with our investigation.

Update - We are observing signs that an Azure DNS issue may have impacted email flow for some customers using Sigsync services. DNS functionality now appears to be restored, and several affected customers have confirmed that email delivery has resumed successfully. We are continuing our investigation to rule out any additional causes. No changes or updates were made to our services today.

Starting at approximately 16:00 UTC, we began experiencing DNS issues resulting in degraded availability of some services. Microsoft has taken corrective actions expected to address portal access issues shortly and is actively investigating the root cause.
