Email Signatures in Outlook and Outlook Web App (OWA)
With Sigsync in the client-side mode, you can add automatic email signatures when composing an email in Outlook and OWA. This is possible thanks to the Sigsync Signatures Add-in for Outlook, which is available for Windows, Mac, and Outlook on the Web.
In contrast to the server-side mode, Sigsync in the client-side mode requires the Sigsync Signature Outlook Add-in and does not route emails through Sigsync Azure Service to apply the signatures. The process to add client-side signatures is simple and easy to follow:
- Install the Sigsync Signature Outlook Add-in
- Select a signature template from the signature gallery or create a signature from scratch.
- Deploy the Signatures Add-in to individual users or centrally to all users in your organization.
- Launch Outlook or OWA and start composing an email. The Sigsync Signatures Add-in automatically adds a signature to your emails. That’s it!
Sigsync signatures for Office 365 offers a range of key capabilities in client-side signature mode:
- Instantly synchronize signature template changes in Outlook.
- Preview and directly add signatures while composing an email
- Add email signatures to new messages, replies and forward messages.
