Add Global Admin

You can add a global admin user to manage signatures for all the tenants. Global admin user will have access to your Sigsync dashboard and can manage signature related operations of all the tenants. There are two types of admin roles such as Full access (Admin) and Limited Access.

Steps to add global admin user

Step 1: To add a global admin user, click on the 'Manage Tenants and Signatures' button in the dashboard.


Step 2: Then in the tenant list, click on the 'Create, Edit, Manage Signatures' button of the respective tenant.


Step 3: Then, click on the 'Preferences' tab and click 'Global Admin' button as shown in the screenshot below.


Step 4: Upon clicking the Global Admin button, you will be shown with the confirmation popup. Click on the ‘Yes’ button to continue.


Step 5: Enter the Name, Email Address and Company of the global admin. Assign an appropriate role and then, click on the ‘Save’ button.


Admin roles can be assigned in two steps such as, Full access (Admin) and Limited Access. Full access admin will have complete access to Sigsync dashboard to manage users email signatures. Limited access admin will only have view access permission to the dashboard.
