The available URL tags in Woopra

Woopra supports five distinct URL parameters that can be added to links in your email signatures. By using these parameters, you can gather detailed insights into the performance of your email signature marketing campaigns.

• woo_campaign: It’s a name of the campaign or product or product promotion such as summer_sale etc.
• woo_source: This parameter helps to determine source of the traffic such as email signature etc.
• woo_medium: It is used to determine the medium of the campaign such as email etc.
• woo_content: This parameter is used for A/B testing of ads and the tag is used to differentiate the ads or link which points to the same URL.
• woo_term: It is used in paid search which determines the keywords used in the ads.

How to add analytic links in Sigsync signature generator with various parameters?

Adding an analytic link in your email signature is just a drag and drop process of the ‘Analytics Link’ component in Sigsync editor.

1. Select the banner image in the template design area and click the ‘Edit’ icon.

   

2. Click on ‘Show email tracking parameters’

   

3. Select ‘Woopra Analytics’ from the tracking tool menu. Enter the required Woopra Analytics tracking details.

   As you fill in these fields, the URL will update automatically with the tracking information. Next, click the ‘Apply’ button.

   

4. Save the signature template changes

   Once your email signature is deployed, Woopra Analytics actively tracks and records each click made by recipients on the embedded banner image. This enables you to gain valuable insights into recipient engagement, assess the effectiveness of your email signature campaign, and make informed decisions to optimize your marketing efforts.
