Guidelines for new users

The purpose of this article is to explain what Sigsync does to new users who have Sigsync add in installed by their administrators.

Sigsync Email Signature for Office 365 is a secure Microsoft approved cloud-based email signature solution for Office 365 tenants. It can be accessed from any device including Windows, Mac or smart-phones and supports adding signatures to emails sent from any email application. It is a centralized service for adding email signatures with banners and disclaimers to your Office 365 emails. The mechanism used for adding the signature is based on the rules set by the user and is designed to work without any local installation.

Sigsync Signatures Add-in for Outlook inserts company wide signatures as users compose an email directly in Outlook. You can easily deploy the Sigsync Signatures Add-in to every Office 365 user and it works in Outlook and OWA on any device.



If you open the add-in in Outlook and it shows a notification as Signature preview is missing, then it most likely means that Sigsync Email Signatures for Office 365 is not yet configured in your Office 365 organization.
