Signature Under the Latest Reply
Email conversations for forward and reply mails can become very lengthy for back-and-forth communications. When a signature is placed at the end of the email conversation, it becomes barely visible and goes out of sight for long conversation chains. For important correspondence, essential information might therefore be lost. To avoid such a situation, Sigsync can append an email signature right under the latest reply or forward mail so that the email signature always appears at the top of the email chain.
How it works
When Signature under the latest reply is selected in the email layout settings, Sigsync adds the email signature immediately after the end of the current email body in replies and forward messages. This makes the signature visible near the top of the email chain rather than at the very bottom of a long conversation.
- The signature is placed below the latest reply or forwarded email content.
- It avoids the signature being buried under previous messages in long threads.
- This improves visibility of important details such as contact information and legal disclaimers.
Steps to enable signature under the latest reply
- Login to the Sigsync dashboard.
- Go to ‘Settings & Others’, then select the ‘Settings’ tab.
- Navigate to the Signature position section, select the ‘Signature under the latest reply’ option, and click the ‘Save’ button to apply the changes.
As shown in the screenshot below, the email signature is added directly below the latest reply or forwarded email (#email2), instead of being placed at the bottom of the entire email conversation (#email1).
