Reseller - Upgrade Subscription
You can upgrade the licenses to existing subscriptions for the Reseller account.
Follow the below steps to upgrade the licenses:
- Login to Sigsync Dashboard using reseller account
- Go to Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions tab and select the ‘Edit Subscription’ button.
- Now, select the ‘Upgrade License’ option. Enter the number of licenses to upgrade, or use the Up arrow (▲) and Down arrow (▼) to adjust the value.
- You can keep the previous payment method or select another payment method. Let’s keep the previous payment method and click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
The new licenses will be effective immediately in the current billing cycle
