Reseller - Update Subscription

As a Sigsync reseller, you can upgrade the subscription for your customers / client tenants when they need additional licenses or want to expand their usage. You can upgrade the licenses to existing subscriptions for the reseller account. This feature allows you to increase the number of licenses assigned to a specific tenant directly from your reseller dashboard.

Upgrading a customer’s subscription ensures that they have enough licenses to meet their requirements and continue using Sigsync without interruption. The additional licenses will become effective immediately after the upgrade is completed.

Follow the steps below to upgrade the licenses:

  • Login to the Sigsync dashboard using your reseller credentials.
  • Go to 'Subscriptions' > 'Manage Subscriptions' tab and select the ‘Edit Subscription’ button.

  • Now, select the ‘Upgrade License’ option. Enter the number of licenses to upgrade, or use the Up arrow (▲) and Down arrow (▼) to adjust the value.

  • You can keep the previous payment method or select another payment method. Let’s keep the previous payment method and click the ‘Pay Now’ button.

    The new licenses will be effective immediately in the current billing cycle
