Reseller - Upgrade Subscription
You can upgrade the licenses to existing subscriptions for the Reseller account.
Follow the below steps to upgrade the licenses:
- Log into Sigsync Dashboard using reseller account
- Click the 'Subscriptions' < 'Manage Subscriptions' tab and click the ‘Edit Subscriptions’ button
- Now, under the ‘Update License’ tab, select the ‘Upgrade License’ option. Enter the number of licenses to be upgraded or use ‘Up arrow (▲)’ or ‘Down Arrow (▼)’ to increase or decrease the values.
- You can keep the previous payment method or select another payment method. Let’s keep the previous payment method and click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
The new licenses will be effective immediately in the current billing cycle
