Signature at the very bottom
In this option, the email signature is placed at the bottom of an email chain. For instance, for conversations with internal colleagues, a single email signature can be placed at the bottom of an email conversation rather than including the email signature every time in the current email body.
Choose Signature at the very bottom option if you want the signature to appear after all the email body including previous email body as shown below. Click on the Save Changes button in Preferences.
