Update Subscription

Sigsync Office 365 Email Signature Software allows you to update your subscription by adding extra licenses to your existing plan whenever your organization needs. The upgraded licenses become active immediately, so you can start using them within the current billing cycle without delay.

This guide provides easy, step-by-step instructions to help you complete the update efficiently, ensuring you can expand your license count and continue using Sigsync without any disruption.

Follow the steps below to update the licenses:

  • Login to the Sigsync Dashboard.
  • Click the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and then select ‘Manage Subscriptions’.

  • In the ‘Subscription Details’ page, select the tenant and click the ‘Update’ button

  • Now, under the Update License tab, select the ‘Upgrade License’ option. Enter the number of licenses to be upgraded or use ‘Up arrow (▲)’ or ‘Down Arrow (▼)’ to increase or decrease the values.

  • You can keep the previous payment method or select another payment method. Let’s keep the previous payment method and click the ‘Pay Now’ button.

    The new licenses will be effective immediately in the current billing cycle
