Integrate Microsoft Teams
Sigsync Office 365 Email Signature Service allows you to seamlessly integrate Microsoft Teams meeting links into your email signatures, making it easier for recipients to connect with you directly from any email. Whether it's a quick call or a scheduled meeting, adding a Teams link helps streamline communication and encourages real-time engagement.
By embedding a personalized Teams link in the signature, you provide clients and colleagues with a direct way to reach you—without searching through contact lists or sending separate invites. This not only saves time but also strengthens professional relationships through more immediate, face-to-face conversations.
With Sigsync’s centralized signature management, team links can be automatically inserted for all users or tailored to specific departments and roles using Azure AD placeholders. It’s an effective way to keep your signatures professional, unified, and interactive across your entire organization.
Why Add Microsoft Teams Links to Email Signatures?
Integrating Teams links directly into your email signature delivers several benefits:

- Quick Call Options: Add click-to-call links so contacts can start a Teams call immediately.
- Consistent Branding: Maintain a unified and professional signature across all users.
- Dynamic Personalization: Use Azure AD placeholders to display user-specific contacts or meeting pages without manual edits.
