Sigsync Signature Generator is an easy-to-use, WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) interface for creating and managing email signature templates. Administrators can use pre-designed templates, create a template from scratch, or upload HTML code of an existing signature to quickly design professional, consistent signatures.
The generator includes a design pane for arranging signature components such as text, user attributes, images, banners, links, and social media icons, a preview pane to see exactly how the signature will appear in emails, and a properties page to configure detailed settings for each component. Its intuitive interface allows building, customizing, and previewing signatures without writing HTML, ensuring consistent formatting across Outlook, OWA, and mobile clients.
