Sigsync offers resellers a 30-day free trial subscription to explore the platform and experience its full capabilities. During the trial period, resellers receive up to 1,000 user licenses that can be allocated across multiple customer tenants, allowing them to test license management, email signatures, and subscription allocation completely free of cost. You will receive email notifications as the trial period approaches its end. Even after the trial expires, resellers can continue to access the dashboard, with all existing settings and configurations safely preserved.If you need extra time, you can contact Sigsync support to request a trial extension or proceed with purchasing bulk user licenses based on your requirements.

Steps to Purchase Bulk User Licenses Using a Reseller Account

• Login to Sigsync Dashboard
• Click the 'Manage Subscriptions' tab and click the ‘Buy Subscription’ button

  

• Select the ‘Purchase Directly’ option and choose the appropriate ‘Subscription Plan (Monthly or Yearly)’.

  

• Enter the number of users and click the ‘Next’ button.

  

• Fill the billing details.

  

• Enter new card details, or if you have previously purchased, you can use the same existing card as your payment method. We accept all Debit, Credit, and ATM cards. Click the ‘Pay Now’ button to complete your payment.

  

• Once the payment is successful, subscription details along with the next billing date will be shown on the Subscription Details page.
