Signature Editor Toolbar

Sigsync Signature Editor toolbar provides quick access to the tools needed to build and edit email signatures efficiently. It allows you to add, modify, and manage signature elements directly within the editor while working on Office 365 signature templates.

The toolbar acts as the main control area of the signature editor, helping you perform common editing actions easily and keep signature creation simple, organized, and consistent.

1. Create New Template

The Create New Template option lets you create a signature the way you prefer. You can pick a pre-designed template from the Sigsync template gallery, which includes different categories of professionally designed templates, or choose Blank Layout if you want to build a signature from scratch. If you already have templates saved, you can open one from the Saved Templates list and continue editing or updating the existing templates.

Click here to submit your requirements and our team will design your signature for you absolutely free of cost.

2. Load Signature Templates

The Load Signature Templates option allows you to quickly bring any existing design into the signature editor. Sigsync offers more than 150+ pre-designed signature templates in the template gallery, organised into categories for different business needs. You can browse through these templates, select the one that suits your requirements, and load it directly into the editor. Once loaded, you can customise the text, images, social media icons, and placeholders to match your branding. This option helps you save time by starting with a ready-made structure instead of creating a signature from scratch.
