Payment Invoices
Once a subscription payment is completed, a payment invoice is generated automatically as a record of the transaction. The invoice is sent to your registered email address and can also be downloaded at any time from your Sigsync dashboard.
You can view both paid and pending invoices by selecting a specific start date and end date, making it easier to track transactions for a chosen period. Accessing your payment invoices helps you review billing history and maintain accurate financial records.
Follow the steps to download the invoice:
- Login to the Sigsync Dashboard.
- Navigate to ‘Subscriptions’ and click the ‘Invoices’ tab.
- In the ‘Paid Invoices’ section, click the ‘Printer icon’ for the respective tenant as shown in the below screenshot.
