Signature Components
Sigsync Signature generator consists of various components like Tables, Texts, Image, AD Placeholders, Social Media Strip, Personal/Address/Contact fields, Analytics Link, Oneclick Survey, Message properties, etc. Using these signature components, you can design a tailormade email signature of your choice based on the requirements.
- Tables
Sigsync Email signature generator is not only limited to readymade templates but also provides different creative options to create a template from scratch. To differentiate the tables from one another, you have different options available which you can add and then edit those tables by adding different fields like Name, Contact details, banner, disclaimers etc.
Table 1
Inserts only one row to the signature layout where you can add required placeholders inside the row.
Note: If you are starting on a blank template, initially add one table and then start creating the signature.
Drag and drop the Table 1 to the signature layout. This table can be used as a basic layout for the whole signature or it can be used for adding other placeholders in a row such as social media icons, AD fields etc.
Table 2
Inserts two rows and one column where you can add placeholders as required.
Drag and drop the Table 2 to the signature layout. This section can be used as a basic layout for the whole signature or it can be used for adding other placeholders such as social media icons, AD fields etc. in two different rows.
Custom Table
Inserts the custom table in the signature layout. This adds different place holders in the intended row / column to create a unique email signature.
Drag and drop the Custom Table to the signature layout.
A user can select the number of rows and columns to be added in the table for adding multiple placeholders such as Social Media Icons, AD fields etc., or other available fields. Click on the Save button to add the Custom Table.
Here using the custom table, 3 rows and 3 columns have been added.
- Images, Text, Multiline Text
Image
This adds an image in the email signature.
- Drag and drop the Image block in the signature layout.
- Image can be selected from your computer / Sigsync repository or you can also load an online image by entering the complete URL.
1. Select the Local Picture option. Click on the 'Load from Repository' button to load the image from Sigsync repository or click on the 'Select New Image' button to load the image from your computer.
2. Select the Online Picture option to use the online image by entering the complete URL of the online picture.
- The loaded image can be resized according to your requirements. Enter the appropriate 'Width' and 'Height' in pixels.
- Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
Text (T)
Inserts a single line text field into the signature layout. This can be helpful for adding any text field like website links, email addresses etc.
Drag and drop the Text placeholder into the signature layout.
Type the appropriate text and then click on the Save button.
Multiline Text
Inserts multiline text field in to the signature layout. This can be helpful for adding disclaimer text and other text in multiple lines.
Drag and drop the Multiline Text placeholder into the signature layout then type the appropriate multiline text.
- Address, Contact, Personal Fields
Address Fields
Address Fields are used to insert the AD field values dynamically to the email signature for each and every user. The AD field values will be fetched from the sender’s AD field. The Address Fields section helps to add unique address of each user dynamically and it can be rearranged in priority as required.
- Drag and drop the Address Fields to the signature layout, you will be displayed with the below screen.
- Select the Label, Field from the drop down menu and click on the Add Field button.
- Use ' ' to edit the existing address fields and you can use ' ' to delete the icon if it’s not required.
- Address fields can be re-arranged as required using ▲▼ arrows.
- Added fields can be placed in two ways such as Multi-line or Single line. Multi line can be used to show fields in separate lines. Wherein a single line option makes all the fields to appear in one line and you can show or hide the field separator.
- Layout
Selected Address Fields can be displayed in Multi-line or Single line as required.
- Multi-line: All the selected Address Fields will be displayed in multiple lines.
- Single line: All the selected Address Fields will be displayed in single line and here you can select separator to differentiate between the fields.
- You can uncheck the Show field separators, if you don’t want it to be displayed in the email signature.
Contact Fields
Contact Fields are used to insert the AD field values dynamically to the email signature for each and every user. The AD field values will be fetched from the sender’s AD field. Contact Fields section helps to add unique contacts of each and every user dynamically and it can be re-arranged in priority as required.
- Drag and drop the Contact Fields to the signature layout, you will be displayed with the below screen.
- Select the Label, Field from the drop down menu and click on the Add Field button.
- Use ' ' to edit the existing contact fields and you can use ' ' to delete the icon if it’s not required.
- Contact fields can be re-arranged in priority as required using ▲▼ arrows.
- Added fields can be placed in two ways such as Multi-line or Single line. Multi line can be used to show fields in separate lines. Wherein a single line option makes all the fields to appear in one line and you can show or hide the field separator.

Personal Fields
Personal Fields are used to insert the AD field values dynamically to the email signature. The AD field values will be fetched from the sender’s AD field. Personal fields section is useful for adding multiple personal fields in a single click and these fields can be re-arranged in priority.
Drag and drop the Personal Fields to the signature layout, you will be displayed with the below screen.
- Select the Label, Field from the drop down menu and click on the Add Field button.
- Use ' ' to edit the existing personal fields and you can use ' ' to delete the fields if it’s not required.
- Personal fields can be re-arranged according to the requirement using ▲▼ arrows.
- Added fields can be placed in two ways such as Multi-line or Single line. Multi line can be used to show fields in separate lines. Wherein a single line option makes all the fields to appear in one line and you can show or hide field separator.

- Social Media Icons and Strips
Social Media Icons
Social Media Icon is one of the signature editor components that makes it easy to add various social media links in your signature.
- Drag and drop the Icon in the signature layout, you will be displayed with the screenshot below.
- Select the Social media from the drop down menu, enter the Link URL and change the Icon with respect to selected Social media.
- Click on the Save button.
Social Media Strip:
Social Media strip is one of the important signature editor components that makes it easy to add various social media icons in your signature. You can re-arrange the priority of social media links as per the requirement.
- Drag and drop the Strip in the signature layout, you will be displayed with the below screen.
- Select the respective social media Icon from the drop down menu, add the Link URL with Alt Tag and click on the Add Field button. Repeat the procedure to add multiple social media links at once.
- You can re-arrange priority of the added social media links according to the requirement using ▲▼ arrows. Social media icons can be aligned either in Horizontal and Vertical direction.
- Active Directory (AD) Placeholder
AD Fields
AD Fields can be used to add the AD field values dynamically to the email signature for each and every user according to the field placed or you can also set static value instead of dynamic Azure AD field value to the email signature. You can add a single AD field at a time.
To insert the Azure AD Fields select the required field from the drop down menu OR you can hardcode the field values. It also has the option to upload the static profile photo. For example, static company logo can be added instead of profile photo.
Custom AD
Custom AD fields can be used to add the custom AD fields which have been created in Office 365. Its field values will be dynamically fetched to the email signature for each and every user according to the custom AD field placed.
Drag and drop the Custom AD Fields to the signature layout and select the custom AD field from the dropdown menu which has been already set in Office 365.
Message Properties
A placeholder to add message properties to the email signature. To add the Message properties to the email signature, use Message Properties component which has options such as,
- Message ID: It's a unique identifier for digital message used in email message.
- Message Date: It's the date of the email message, when it was composed.
- Message Subject: It's the subject line used in an email message.
- Message currentDatetime: It's the current date time of the received email message
- Analytics Link, Oneclick, QR Code
Analytics Link
Sigsync Email signature service provides an option to add analytic links of third parties into email signature which tracks the activity, conversion rate and user behaviour on a website. It includes the user's actions, users count and the pages they visit etc.
- Drag and drop the Analytics Link to the signature layout.
- Fill all the fields in the form displayed.
Parameters of Sigsync Analytics link:
- Link (URL address): It’s your website link which needs to be added to track the traffic coming from the emails.
- Link Text: It’s a link text which is clickable.
- Tooltip: The entered text will be displayed as a tooltip text when the mouse hovers over it.
- Campaign Source: It’s a source of the traffic such as Google, newsletter etc.
- Campaign Medium: It’s a medium of the campaign which contains the general source of traffic.
- Campaign Name: It specifies the name of Campaign.
- Campaign Term: It’s a keyword which is used to differentiate between the various ads.
- Campaign Content: It can contain the product name, product code or a slogan such as summer_sale.
- Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
OneClick Survey
OneClick surveys are used to collect customer satisfaction feedback from your clients via email. Integrate Sigsync Email signature service with one of the OneClick surveys provided by third-party.
- Drag and drop the OneClick survey placeholder to the signature layout.
- Insert the HTML code snippet provided by third-party One-click survey providers.
- Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
QR Code
This creates the QR code image automatically as you type any text in the text field. The image size can be varied as per the set size.
- Drag and drop the QR Code placeholder to the signature layout.
- Select the size of the QR Code image from the drop down menu.
- Type the appropriate text in the text field. If you require a higher text limit pick a higher image size.
- Preview will be displayed as the text is added.
- Click on the Save button to add the QR image to signature.
- Space, New Line, Button
Space
It inserts a space in the email signature. Drag and drop the Space to the signature layout. Select the Spacing option as required and Number of space to be added, then click on the Save button.
New Line
It inserts a New line in the email signature. Drag and drop the New Line to the signature layout. Enter the number of lines to be added in the Signature and click on the Save button.
Button
It inserts a button in the email signature. Drag and drop the Button to the signature layout. Enter the button name and you can also link the button using the link icon.
