View Rules Report

Sigsync Signature Rules ‘View Report’ provides comprehensive insights into the signature rules that will be applied to include or exclude signatures . This report allows you to view various details such as rule name, status, template name, subsequent template, senders, recipients, keywords, rule execution flow, priority, scheduler, and more.

Report Columns and Descriptions:

Rule Name: Displays the name of the signature rule applied.
Status: Indicates the current status of the rule (enabled or disabled).
Template Name: Shows the name of the email signature template associated with the rule.
Subsequent Template: If defined, displays the name of the template applied for subsequent emails.
Senders: Provides details about specific sender email addresses, groups, Azure AD filters, or domains that are considered for including or excluding the signature.
- Click ‘View’ in the ‘Senders’ column to view the sender rule conditions.
Recipients: Lists the specific recipient email addresses, groups, or domains that are considered for including or excluding the signature.
- Click ‘View’ in the ‘Recipients’ column to view the recipient rule conditions.
Keywords: Shows any specific keywords or phrases that are considered to include or exclude the signature.
- Click ‘View’ in the ‘Keywords’ column to view the keyword rule conditions.
Rule Flow: The Displays the sequence in which the signature rules are processed, based on the priority levels assigned to each rule.
- Click ‘View’ in the ‘Rule Flow’ column to view the Rule Execution Flow conditions.
Priority: Represents the order in which the rule is prioritized among other rules .
Scheduler: Indicates the schedule or time frame during which the rule is active.
