Enable / Disable Rule

Sigsync rules let you control when and how specific email signatures are applied. You can enable a rule to activate it or disable a rule to turn it off temporarily without deleting it. This flexibility allows you to test signature changes, manage seasonal or department-specific signatures, and maintain full control over your email signature deployment.

By default, the 'DefaultRule' status is enabled, so all messages automatically use the default signature unless other rules are activated or disabled. This guide will help you understand how to enable or disable rules in the Sigsync dashboard and ensure they work as intended.

These toggle buttons show the current activation status of each rule

Status enable  -  Indicates status is active.

Status disable  -  Indicates status is inactive.
