Deactivate an individual customer tenant license
Sigsync allows resellers to deactivate an individual customer tenant license assigned under your reseller account — for example, when a tenant no longer requires the license or if it needs to be reassigned. Sigsync lets you deactivate a specific customer’s license easily from the reseller dashboard without affecting other tenant licenses.

Steps to Deactivate an Individual Customer License
- Login to the Sigsync dashboard using the reseller account
- From the dashboard, select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and click the ‘Assign & Activate’ tab
- To deactivate the license for the customer tenant account, simply click on the 'Deactivate' button and follow the instructions.
