Deactivate an individual customer tenant license
Follow the below steps to deactivate an individual customer tenant license.
- Log in to the Sigsync dashboard using reseller account
- From the dashboard, select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and click the ‘Activate & Assign licenses’ tab
- To deactivate the license for the customer tenant account, simply click on the 'Deactivate' button and follow the instructions.
