Register Tenant under Reseller and Customer
Sigsync Office 365 Email Signature Software provides flexible tenant registration options that allow both Resellers and Customers to register and manage Office 365 tenants with ease. Depending on your setup and management preference, a tenant can be registered either directly by the reseller or by the customer themselves.
This approach helps resellers centrally manage multiple customer tenants, while also giving customers the freedom to onboard and manage their own Office 365 tenant within Sigsync.
Sigsync supports two tenant registration methods, as explained below—navigate to the appropriate section to follow the steps based on your role.
Method 1: Reseller login
Login as Reseller
Step 1: Login to the Sigsync dashboard using your reseller account.
Step 2: Navigate to 'Manage Signatures' > 'Manage Tenants' tab from the dashboard, then click the 'Add Tenants Now' button.

Step 3: Click here to proceed with tenant registration and signature configuration.
Method 2: Customer login
Login as customer
Step 1: Login to the Sigsync dashboard using your customer account.
Step 2: Select 'Manage Signatures' > 'Manage Tenants' tab from the dashboard. Click the 'Add Tenants Now' button.

Step 3: Click here to proceed with tenant registration and signature configuration
