Add tenants under Reseller

There are two ways of adding a tenant under Reseller. Either you can add a tenant to your customer by logging in as Reseller or add a tenant by logging with your customer account.

  • Method 1: Login as reseller and Add a tenant

    Step 1: Login to Sigsync using Reseller account

    Step 2: In Dashboard, click on Manage Tenants and Signatures under your customer / client account.

    Step 3: Proceed with the Add tenant to Manage Tenant signature

     

  • Method 2: Login as the customer / client and Add tenant

    Step 1: Login to Sigsync using customer / client account details

    Step 2: In Dashboard, click on Manage Tenants and Signatures

    Step 3: Proceed with the Add tenant to Manage Tenant signature

    Note: If the reseller requires access to the tenant that the customer has added, the customer must accept the reseller's request.
