Resume Subscription
Sigsync allows you to resume a canceled subscription as long as the subscription period has not ended. Resuming your subscription restores your licenses and existing settings, enabling email signatures to be added to outgoing emails again. This section explains how to reactivate your subscription quickly and continue using Sigsync without reconfiguring your setup.
Follow the steps below to resume your subscription:
- Login to the Sigsync Dashboard.
- Click the ‘Subscriptions’ > ‘Manage Subscriptions’ tab.
- Select the tenant and click the ‘Resume’ button.
- Click ‘Yes’ to confirm the change.
- Verify the changes in the Subscription Details page.
