Using OneClick CSAT Surveys, administrators can include survey elements such as icons, images, or links within email signature templates. These surveys become part of the signature layout and are displayed along with other signature components like user details, banners, or disclaimers. This approach allows feedback requests to be visible in every outgoing email without requiring separate survey emails or manual follow-ups.
