Apply the Same Email Signature to Every Email
The Apply signature to every email option in Sigsync allows you to automatically append the same email signature to all outgoing messages that match your rule conditions, including new emails, replies, and forwarded messages. When this option is selected, Sigsync ensures that every email in a conversation thread receives the same signature, providing consistent branding and compliance across all communications.
If no rule applies to an outgoing email, no signature will be added. This feature is useful when you want uniformity in signature placement throughout every part of an email thread.
How It Works
When an email matches the conditions defined in a signature rule, Sigsync evaluates the configured signature occurrence options. Choosing Apply signature to every email ensures that the same signature is appended to:
- The first email in a thread
- All subsequent replies
- All forwarded messages
This behavior differs from options that only add a signature to the first email or that remove prior signatures from thread replies.
Steps to Enable the Apply Signature to Every Email Option
- Login to the Sigsync dashboard.
- Go to ‘Settings & Others’, then select the ‘Settings’ tab.
- Navigate to the 'Signature occurrences in email conversation section', select the ‘Apply signature to every email’ option, and click the ‘Save’ button.
As shown in the screenshot below, an email signature is applied to every email (#email1 and #email2) sent by the sender within the email conversation.
