Update Billing Plan

Sigsync Email Signature Manager gives you the flexibility to update your billing plan, allowing you to switch between monthly and yearly subscriptions based on your organization’s needs. This flexibility helps you choose the most convenient and cost-effective option.

Updating your billing plan ensures your payments align with your preferred schedule and simplifies renewal management. This guide walks you through the steps to change your plan seamlessly, keeping your subscription aligned with your requirements.

  Note: Subscribe to 'Yearly Plan' and get a one-month subscription for free.

Steps to Update the Billing Plan

  • Login to Sigsync Dashboard.
  • Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’.

  • On the Subscription Details page, select the ‘Tenant’ and click ‘Update’.

  • Next, click on the ‘Change Subscription’ tab.

  • You can change the subscription plan from monthly to yearly or yearly to monthly. In the Order Summary, you will be shown the difference amount based on prorated billing to be paid now (if any) under ‘Today's Charge’ and next billing cost under 'Recurring yearly charge' section. Click the ‘Change’ button.
