Signature Settings
Sigsync Office 365 Email Signature Management Software provides configuration options that control how email signatures are synchronized, applied, and displayed. These settings determine signature behavior across Outlook, Outlook on the Web (OWA), and mobile clients, including signature placement and handling within email conversations.
Administrators can manage synchronization of Office 365 Azure Active Directory (AD) changes and profile photos, enable or disable the Outlook Signatures Add-in, switch between signature modes, and control how signatures appear in sent items and secure messages. Additional options allow configuration of HTML signatures, image handling, removal of mobile-added signatures, and assignment of administrative access.
