Cancel the reseller account subscription
Before canceling the reseller account subscription, make sure to deregister the Office 365 Tenants associated with the reseller account.
Click here to deregister Office 365 Tenant under reseller account.
Once the Tenant is successfully de-registered, follow the below steps to cancel the reseller account subscription
- Log in to the Sigsync dashboard using reseller account
- From the dashboard, select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and click the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ tab
- Click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
- Read the provided instructions and proceed with the cancellation operation
- Click ‘Yes’ to confirm the subscription cancellation
The cancellation of the subscription will be scheduled to take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The subscription cancellation will also result in the cancellation of all client subscriptions associated with the reseller account.
