Downgrade Subscription
Sigsync Office 365 email signature software allows you to downgrade your subscription if your organization no longer needs the current number of licenses or wants to switch to a lower plan. The downgraded subscription will take effect from the next billing cycle, while your current plan remains the same until the end of the current cycle.
This guide provides simple, step-by-step instructions to help you downgrade your subscription efficiently, ensuring your Sigsync account stays aligned with your organization’s current requirements.
Follow the steps below to downgrade the licenses:
- Login to the Sigsync Dashboard.
- Click the ‘Subscriptions’ > ‘Manage Subscriptions’ tab.
- In the ‘Subscription Details’ page, select the tenant and click the ‘Edit Subscription’ button
- Now, under the Update License tab, select the ‘Downgrade License’ option. Enter the number of licenses to be reduced or use ‘Up arrow (▲)’ or ‘Down Arrow (▼)’ to increase or decrease the values.
- Click the ‘Update Subscription’ buttonThe downgraded licenses will be effective from the next billing cycle.
