View License Usage
Sigsync tracks license usage based on the number of unique senders (email addresses) that send emails through the Sigsync service. Each new sender who routes an email through the Sigsync server during a billing cycle consumes one license. This ensures that only active users who actually send emails through Sigsync are counted toward your license usage.
The license usage count automatically resets to 0 whenever you purchase a new plan or at the start of a new billing cycle. This provides a fresh count each cycle, making it easier to monitor usage accurately and plan your license requirements.
Follow the steps below to check your license usage count:
- Login to Sigsync Dashboard
- Go to ‘Subscriptions’ and select the ‘License Usage’ tab.
- Select the tenant , year and click ‘View Mailboxes’ for the respective month as shown in the below screenshot
- Now, the list of mailboxes will be displayed with the license used count.
