Sigsync Signatures Add-in for Outlook works with shared mailboxes; however, full functionality may be limited in Outlook for Mac. This limitation exists because Microsoft’s Office Add-in platform does not yet provide complete support for shared mailboxes in the Mac version of Outlook.
