Allocate Licenses for Customer Tenants
After purchasing bulk licenses, Sigsync resellers can easily allocate them to activate subscriptions for their customers / client tenants. This process ensures that each tenant can access Sigsync services without delay, while giving resellers full control over license distribution and management from a single dashboard.
With this feature, resellers can assign licenses whenever needed—either for their own use or for customer tenants—simplifying subscription management and delivering a smooth experience across all tenants under the reseller account.
Follow the steps below to allocate licenses for customer tenants:
- Login to the Sigsync reseller dashboard
- Navigate to ‘Subscription’ → ‘Manage Subscription’ tab.
- In the Subscription Details page, click 'View Assigned License' as shown in the screenshot below.
- In the Activate and assign licenses to customers page, it will display the list of tenants of your customers / clients. You can activate the desired customer’s tenant using the activation key. Either use the activation token that was sent to you by email or you can copy the activation code by clicking the ‘View Activation Token’ button. Click the ‘Activate Now’ button for the respective client tenant that you wish to activate.
- Enter the activation code and click the ‘Save’ button. This changes the subscription status to ‘Activated’.
