Integration with Calendly
Calendly lets you easily schedule meetings. Clicking a link will let you schedule easily from email conversations.
How to setup calendly in signature template
First, create an account in calendly and set up a unique schedule link for you or your team.
Try to have link in this format for easy understanding - https://calendly.com/(NAME)/(Meeting name/reason/details)
Calendly also has two configuration types for meeting scheduling links:
- Round Robin Scheduling
- Group meeting invites

If you have the formatted link ready, let's proceed to the Sigsync dashboard to set it up.
- Login to Sigsync dashboard
- Add your Office 365 tenant to manage its signature (Not required if you have added before)
- Create your signature template using Sigsync Signature Generator
- Insert a suitable image into the image placeholder that represents the Calendly as shown.
- Click on the image added in the signature. Select 'Hyperlink' in the Edit window that appears. Add the necessary information and click on the 'Apply' button.
This will give a link for the recipient to call the sender directly. If you wish to contact a different person instead of the sender, then add their email address in the link.
