Integration with Calendly

Calendly lets you easily schedule meetings. Clicking a link will let you schedule easily from email conversations.

How to setup calendly in signature template

First, create an account in calendly and set up a unique schedule link for you or your team.

Try to have link in this format for easy understanding - https://calendly.com/(NAME)/(Meeting name/reason/details)

Calendly also has two configuration types for meeting scheduling links:

  • Round Robin Scheduling
  • Group meeting invites

If you have the formatted link ready, let's proceed to the Sigsync dashboard to set it up.

  1. Login to Sigsync dashboard
  2. Add your Office 365 tenant to manage its signature (Not required if you have added before)
  3. Create your signature template using Sigsync Signature Generator

  4. Insert a suitable image into the image placeholder that represents the Calendly as shown.

  5. Click on the image added in the signature. Select 'Hyperlink' in the Edit window that appears. Add the necessary information and click on the 'Apply' button.

This will give a link for the recipient to call the sender directly. If you wish to contact a different person instead of the sender, then add their email address in the link.
