Remove Sigsync Signatures Add-in for Outlook
Remove from Centralized deployment
The Sigsync Signatures Add-in for Outlook can easily be removed from the Outlook Web interface. For removing the centralized deployment of the Sigsync Signatures add-in, there are two methods; via the Integrated apps in the new interface of the 'Microsoft Admin Center' or from the old classic interface of the 'Exchange admin center'. Since it is removed centrally for the entire Office 365 account and not for an individual device, it automatically synchronizes across all the accounts and there is no need to remove it for each user.
Remove from Individual user deployment
The Sigsync Signatures Add-in for Outlook can also be removed by individual users in an organization. For removing the individual user deployment of the Sigsync Signatures add-in, there are three methods, two of which can be executed via the Outlook application i.e the 'Individual Desktop Get add-in method' and the 'Individual Desktop Manage add-in method' and the third one from the Outlook Web Application (OWA) i.e the 'Individual Web Get add-in method'.
