Switch Signature Mode
SigSync Email Signature Management Software supports three signature modes: Centralized Mode, Server Mode, and Client Mode. Each mode defines where signature processing takes place.
Centralized Mode is the recommended mode for most deployments, as it offers unified control, consistent signature handling, and simplified management. However, based on architectural, performance, or operational requirements, users can switch SigSync to Server Mode or Client Mode as needed.
Why Switch Signature Mode?
Switching signature modes may be required to:
- Align with changes in deployment architecture or infrastructure
- Improve performance, scalability, or availability
- Meet security or compliance requirements
- Reduce dependency on centralized or client-side components
- Support specific operational or use-case requirements
Each supported mode switch follows a controlled and well-defined approach to ensure stable operation and signature consistency.
