Signature Position

Sigsync Office 365 Email Signature Software allows you to control the placement of email signatures within your email threads, giving you flexibility to maintain professional communication and a consistent brand presence. Proper signature placement enhances readability, prevents clutter in long email chains, and ensures that your branding and contact information are always presented clearly.

By default, signatures are placed under the latest reply in ongoing conversations. This option ensures that your signature appears directly beneath your most recent message, making it immediately visible to recipients. Alternatively, you can choose to place your signature at the very bottom of the email thread, which displays it after the entire conversation, keeping previous messages uninterrupted.
