Hosted and Embedded Images
Sigsync Email Signatures for Office 365 lets you add images to email signatures using different image insertion methods, allowing you to control how images are loaded and displayed in outgoing emails. You can choose between Hosted or linked images and Embedded images, based on how you want images to be delivered to recipients.
Hosted or linked images are the default option in Sigsync, as they help keep emails lightweight and are widely supported across email clients. In certain cases, embedded images may be preferred, such as when images must be included directly within the email content.
